Turning Points for Children Announces New Board President,

First and Second Vice Presidents, New Directors, Advisors

Philadelphia, PA – December 12, 2010 — Turning Points for Children, the Philadelphia nonprofit which has provided 175 years of support and services for families with children struggling against difficult economic and environmental challenges, announced a new board president; first and second vice presidents; and new board directors and advisory committee members for 2010-2011.

Thomas B. White will serve as president of the board of
directors of Turning Points for Children.

He is based in Moorestown, NJ as vice president of sales at
Asurion, which is headquartered in Nashville, TN.

Diana E. McCarthy, Esq., a partner at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, Philadelphia,
was elected first vice president and continues as board secretary and chair of the
board governance committee at Turning Points for Children.

Dana J. Ash, Esq., a partner with Duane Morris LLP, was elected second vice
president of the board of Turning Points for Children.

Named to the board of directors of Turning Points for Children:

Nandi Jones-Clement is Vice President, Business Development, KRA Corporation,
which is headquartered in Silver Spring, MD;

Robert Clements is senior associate at Creative Financial Group, Newtown Square;

David M. Harwitz, MD, is an adult, child and adolescent psychiatrist for Center for
Family Guidance, Marlton, NJ; and medical director of CASTLE Children’s
Program, Camden;

Rick Kraemer is director of sales and marketing at Gedae, Inc., Moorestown, NJ;

Melanie Redmond Quackenbush, MBA, is a member of the Endowment and
Foundation Advisory Practice at Glenmede, an investment and wealth
management firm headquartered in Philadelphia;

Herman L. Wood, Jr., is director of business development for U.S. Facilities, Inc. -
A PRWT Company, Philadelphia.

New to the advisory committee of Turning Points for Children are:

Stephen J. Gaus is a partner at Opti-Script, Inc., headquartered in State College,
PA;

William H. Haines, IV, is senior vice president, director of client services, at
Pennsylvania Trust, Radnor;

Celeste M. Johnson, MSS, PhD, is an assistant professor at the Center for Social
Work Education at Widener University;

Ann Nicholas was director of operations of all health centers for the Philadelphia
Department of Public Health;

Fred D. Poellnitz, EdD, is professor, business administration, at Peirce College;

Lisa M. Whitcomb, Esq., is senior vice president and managing director of wealth
advisory services at The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A.
